He is suffering from fever and we need to evaluate the cause. Most common being viral fever.
I need to know:
1. XXXXXXX sore throat?
2. Any cough or running nose?
3. Any burning in Urine?
4. Any rashes over the body?

Give Paracetamol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, In such case you should give him Paracetamol 500 mg tablet a dose that can be given 3-4 times a day for fever and body pain.
If no relief in a day or two or his fever increases please see your doctor for evaluation.
