Question : I got sudden pain on my left side that wraps around to my back, I am also nauseous.and gassy

It could be left Ureteric colic.

As per your description, it looks like left sided Ureteric stone.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen for exact diagnosis.
If the Ultrasound abdomen is normal, then it could be due to musculoSkeletal cause. Then,skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside will help.
