Question : i have slight pain under my right breast at the bra line and toward the middle of the bra line. It's sensitive to the touch and when I move but doesn't hurt just sitting. Came on suddenly today and I haven't fallen or hit anything. I do have an abdominal hernia that needs to be repaired but it's farther down from this pain

Brief Answer:
Neurological pain; needs clinical evaluation and treatment ASAP

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female /66 - slight pain under the right breast - at the bra line -towards the middle of bra line - sensitive to touch and when you move - suddenly today - no trauma - abdominal hernia father away - resting ...
The commonest cause of such a pain I can think about form the history you have provided is neurological. Most probably can be initial stage of herpes zoster or a nerve pinching at the spinal level.
I would advise you to consult a Doctor to have proper clinical evaluation and examination and to get started on appropriate treatment as early as possible.
You may certainly need some investigations if be needed to support the clinical diagnosis.
I hope this answer helps you to get an early and proper diagnosis and treatment.
