Brief Answer:
See doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
This could be a normal variation or it could indicate a problem. You need to see a doctor and have them check the blood pressure in both arms. They also need to evaluate you for risks for heart disease and if they feel that you are at risk they may advise you to get a stress test on your heart.
If it is not a blood pressure or heart problem it could be a condition called thoracic outlet syndrome causing these sensations in your left arm. It could also have to do with the nerves from your neck.
It is best to see a doctor for an exam and maybe some testing to find the cause of these symptoms so that treatment can be prescribed.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
