Question : As I was shopping in an air conditioned store, I started sweating and then had some light shaking in my hands. I went to the minin diner and got something to eat and felt better, what is this a symptom of?

Based on your description, it is most likely a hypoglycemic episode associated with a fall in blood sugar. A lowered blood pressure, anemia or vasovagal syncope can also be tge cause but improvement upon taking food makes hypoglycemia more likely. If the episode recurs then blood counts, metabolic profile including blood sugar and an EKG should be done.
