Brief Answer:
Possibility of allergic reaction is more in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
Sudden onset swelling of face in an allergic person is commonly due to allergy.
Allergy can be due to food or drink you have taken.
So better to take combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
Combination containing levocetrizine or fexofenadine (antihistamine) and montelukast (anti allergic) is easily available.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
You will mostly improve in 1-2 days. If not improving then you may need injections.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
