Brief Answer:
This can be side effects of your drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
I think your problem of diarrhea needs to be evaluated and is not normal.
The probable reasons for this problem could be:
1. Your drugs- risperidone and hydroxyzine can cause diarrhea if you have recently started them. If you are taking these drugs since long time, then chances of diarrhea due to these is less. Talk to your treating doctor about change of drug or dose.
2. Stress- high stress levels can cause frequent pssing of urine or stools (diarrhea). Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to reduce your stress levels.
3. Infection: there might be a possibility of gastroenteritis. You would need a complete blood count to rule out possibility of infection. Infection can also be suspected if there are spasmodic pains in stomach and change in color of stool.
4. Irritable bowel syndrome: it is suspected if there is alternating diarrhea and constipation. There is burning sensation while passing stools and stools are mucoid.

Other than this, i would advise you to take plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration due to diarrhea.
Consult your physician and discuss about these issues.
Hope this helps you.
Any further queries are welcome.
Thanks.
