Brief Answer:
Gallstones or acute pancreatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Upper abdominal pain radiating to the back along with nausea are very characteristic for gallstones. The pain is usually caused by fatty foods intake or alcohol intake. Similar symptoms can also give acute pancreatitis.
In both cases you should visit ER. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, liver tests, pancreas tests, bilirubin level and urine analysis should be done.
Gallstones can be treated with laparoscopic surgery.
Please do not wait with it.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards
