Question : I am mother of three years old baby.
From post 7-8 months i am gaining weight. The thyroid is normal. Can you suggest what might be the problem and what should i do?

I understand your concerns.
Gaining weight is caused by several factors:
- poor diet: eating lots of sugary/fatty foods
- eating out
- stress - makes you depressed, which can cause you to eat more to feel better
- smoking
- drinking alcohol
- eating more than you need (remember not to pass 2000 calories/day)
- lack of physical activity
- medications you might be using on daily basis

If you find one or more of these factors to cause you to gain weight, then, just do the right things and avoid/correct those that are causing to gain weight.
