Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
I follow what you are saying. Nature thyroid medication tends to cause such blood test results. The fact is that most endocrinologists worldwide do not prescribe such so-called natural preparations of thyroid due to their inconsistent composition ie they contain variable amounts of at least two types of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4). This is considered unsafe. Levothyoxine alone suffices. I strongly encourage you to see an endocrinologist in-person to make a correct diagnosis if you truly have an under-active thyroid in the first place.
