Question : Hi I am 49 years old, weighing around 70 kegs. My height is 5'3". I have been diagnosed with hypothyroi dism- high TSH levels around eight months back. I started on Thyronorm 25 mg. I wasn't owing any weight. I used to gym regularly. Now I have since the last one month switched to yoga and swimming. I am noticing my weight has gone down by a kilo. Is this due to medication or change in exercise form. Please advise.
