Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. So as you are having weight loss, you require evaluation for that. First of all a clinical examination by a physician is must. Then following test may be required to look for the cause
Complete blood counts
liver and kidney function test
Thyroid and diabetes profile
A chest xray and an ultrasonography of the abdomen
Most common causes are newly onset diabetes, thyriod disorders, and occult malignancy.
