A 2years old is not sexually matured to have sexual desire nor to think about suicide. Unless, mentally ill or suffering from various metabolic diseases with hormonal changes.
The child you are referring, if molestated, then mental changes might develop like staying alone or crying. A 2 years old can't think of suicide unless he might have an accident to escape from the person who might have been molestating.
