Brief Answer:
2%ketoconazole cream, Fluconazole tab,fomites

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I have viewed your photographs & this does appear to be a simple superficial fungal infection called Pityriasis Versicolor that is easily treatable.
Do apply a 2% Ketoconazole cream called KZ or Nizoral cream locally on the lesions twice daily for 1-2 weeks.
In addition for quick relief a Single Dose (one-time) of 400mg Fluconazole tablet taken with a meal may help get rid of it faster but may require a prescription.
The colouring may take a few weeks to revert to normal.
Please remember to wash all your undergarments/clothing touching the region in hot water rinse & dry well in good sunlight. Damp clothing & sweat are known to be predisposing factors.
I do trust this will have answered your query & given you a precise prompt action plan.
Good Luck & wishing you a clear skin soon.
