What Causes Sweaty Palms Along With Fatigue?
Question: Whenever I hold someone's hand my hand gets sweaty. I feel so embarassment. I'm really tired of my hand sweaty situation. Don't know why it happens.Please suggest me what should i do? Any treatment medicine?

These responses point to probable anxiety. I will suggest that you see your doctor for evaluation and management. Before then, I will recommend you have the thyroid checked by measuring the TSH levels. Values would help rule out a possible hyperfunctioning thyroid that can explain similar symptoms.
Treatment for anxiety is pretty simple with behavioral techniques and medications if need be. My preferred drug is clonazepam with great feedback from my clients on its effectiveness.
