                                            Dysgeusia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The constant or frequent sweet taste in mouth is not normal, it is called Dysgeusia.
There are many causes for such a defect, the most common amongst is acid peptic disease. Acid reflux into the oesophagus can result in such sweet taste in the mouth. Treating the acidity with an antacid will surely put an end to the sweet taste. The second most common cause would be bacterial infection of the oral cavity resulting in impairing the taste sensing ability of the taste buds. Here, you may have to take a course of antibiotics to treat the same.
You may have to consult an ENT specialist who after examining you can identify the condition and treat you with specific medication.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
