It's been ever since Tuesday morning I woke up and saw swelling. Idk how I can say the size. Not reddened and not painful. And i just woke up today and saw that the swelling has decreased incredibly. Its not even noticable. I tried to take pictures from all the angles but its not even noticable now.
Brief Answer:
Possibility of Angioedema
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Judging from the history and its spontaneous resolution, I can think of a possibility of Angioedema or quinke's edema. Angioedema or Quincke's edema is the rapid swelling of the dermis, subcutaneous tissue, mucosa and submucosal tissues. There might be some associated burning sensation or some pain may be felt but symptoms are subjective and may be totally absent.
An oral antihistamine like Fexofenadine (Allegra 180 mg tab) OR Loratadine (Alaspan 10mg tablet) once or twice daily is usually suitable for this condition.

What causes it?
Brief Answer:
Possibility of Angioedema
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I apologise for delay in my reply. Hope it got completely resolved by now!
Apart from being hereditary, Angioedema can occur due to various causes(similar to Urticaria/Hives): Commonly
--Infections(bacterial, viral, fungal, protozoal)
--Drugs(Pain killers/ antibiotics etc)
--Certain foods and food additives/preservatives.
I would advice you to get few basic lab tests like Hemogram, stool for ova/cyst, Urine routine microscopy, Chest X-Ray etc after having a discussion with your primary care physician.
Regards
Take care
