Question : My husband had previously been diagnosed with a spermatocele that he though was at the location of a vasectomy incision thirteen years ago. Today at the same location has developed increase swelling with drainage from the site. He also states that he feels a bit ill. Temp currently 98.9.

Presence of swelling and discharge suggest the possibility of collection possibly infective in origin. It would be very helpful if you could provide me clinical photograph for further assessment.
Also kindly provide me with the following additional information

1. Is there any pain at site of swelling?
2. What is the color of discharge?
3. Is the discharge more in quantity or it was only few drops?
