                                            Possibly caused by medications!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. What medications did you receive for the treatment of this condition? My suspicion is that one of the medications could have been responsible for this.
Now, treatment would consist in managing the pain and disinfecting the mouth. I will recommend that you continue with the mouth wash solution. There are local anesthetics solutions that you can get at your local pharmacy for this. Also, avoid over spicy foods as well, concentrated drinks, hot drinks that can aggravate this condition. These symptoms should normally regress withing 48-72hours and completely disappear by the 5th day.
In all, these symptoms are possibly caused by a drug. Mouth rinsing and a local pain medication as well as avoiding foods that can aggravate these lesions are highly recommended.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
