Brief Answer:
Most probably it may be due to yeast infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can certainly understand your concern, though.

Your symptoms are most probably suggestive of fungal (yeast) infection.

Clindamycin is not effective in yeast infection.

You can confer with your treating doctor and took antifungal treatment for your symptoms.

Follow the advice below-

-Wear loose fitting cotton undergarments
-Maintain proper vaginal hygiene and avoid douching
-Consume a diet rich in protein and low in carbohydrate and fat
Drinking a lot of water
-Watch for blood sugar levels
-Use antifungal cream or vaginal tablets after consulting your treating doctor.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa
