What Causes Swelling And Lump In The Right Testicles?

Question: There is a place of hardness that I can feel on my right testicle. There really is no swelling. Could it be something other than cancer?

Hi and welcome. Well cancer is not first thing to think of. actually there are much common causes such as epididimal cyst,fibroma,varicocele or benign tumors. You should relax and do ultrasound. If this is not painful and there is no swelling then this is not likely to be serious. Wish you good health. Regards
