Brief Answer:
Please tell me little bit more about suffering

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me-
1. Any injury to the foot?
2. Are you diabetic and is the foot warm, red and painful to touch?

A lot of pain and swelling without injury could well be due to infection (cellulites), hence you should have antibiotics like Augmentin after getting it prescribed from your doctor. If possible upload image of swelling.
Looking forward to your reply to help you further.
Take care
