Question : My wife's hands swell and has a lot of pain at night
What can she do to ease the pain at night?

Good day,
Noted your concern. Sorry to hear about her pain. She can take 2 tablets of paracetamol ( 500 mg each) t releive the pain. If this is not effective, more stronger pain medications can be used. Try not to massage the affected area too much.

She will need examiination and investigations to rule out the cause of swelling in hands.
