I foreskin moved back two days ago and after the head the skin around the head got bulging as tyre tupe & hurting while touching with cloth. pls help me to recover the skin as normal

Pls gothrough with the image attached .

the skin around glans got bulging increasing each day slightly.
its by last three days.

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query and pictures. Your problem is most likely Para phimosis. This is a medical emergency. With local anesthesia by lidocaine a manual reduction should be performed by a general surgeon or urologist preferably. If you leave it like that for long time, due to lack of blood supply gangrene (foreskin can become unviable ) can occurs. In case of such situation circumcision should be done.

Some of the following measures also helps to reduce the swelling and helps in reduction.
1. Wrapping penis in plastic and applying ice pack.
2. Apply granulated sugar or mannitol-soaked gauze to the surface of the edematous prepuce and cover it with a condom .The hypotonic fluid from the swollen foreskin moves down the osmotic gradient into the hypertonic agent, which results in a reduction of the preputial edema
3.Injecting hyaluronidase locally.
4. Applying corticosteroid like triamcinolone also helps in reduction of swelling.
