Brief Answer:
Deep vein thrombosis and probably pulmonary embolism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In such cases, deep vein thrombosis of the left calf vessels is a strong possibility.

Since there is shortness of breath and coughing, a mild to moderate pulmonary embolism is suspected also, that may be caused by the deep vein thrombosis.

Pulmonary embolism is an emergency so, it is necessary to get evaluated at your nearest ER about both these conditions.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
