Question : Hi there my urethra seems to be white and quite swolen and the opening of my vagina is very rough and ragged with a small skin tag towards the lower part

It may be infection. You should have a vaginal discharge culture and consult with your gynecologist.

The skin tag is a normal anatomical variant, and not an STD.

Yes i have a reallt strange rough texture on the inside of my vagina and is tender to touch. I thought it was a yeast infection but no medican seems to be working. Does the uretha look normal to you? I feel like it is really lumpy and white in colour.

Yes i do have discharge, its a mix between hard white stuff and clear mucesy stuff. Also it is reallly dry, what would you recomend i do?

The confirmation would be by having a vaginal swab and culture, that will tell you for sure -
1. Whether there is an infection.
2. If yes, what organism is causing it.
3. What medication would work against it .
