Question : I have a swollen right labia minora, sensitive to the touch, no burning when urinating. Noticed it yesterday afternoon. No sex, no surgery, nothing unusual. Then the onset of body aches began. Took about 10 minutes for them to go full blown. I went to take a nap for a few hours and woke up fine. A few hours later the onset of body aches started again and were so bad that I was unable to get comfortable and was up most of the night crying in discomfort and fear. At 5am I finally went to the couch and slept. Lots of sweating and chills throughout. This morning I had my spouse take a look and found no signs of a bite. It is still swollen. No itching.

Brief Answer:
Can be infection or allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The swelling of the labia with body ache is suggestive of an infection in the area. It can be a viral infection also. Allergy to any toiletries also can cause such symptoms. You can continue taking acetaminophen every six hours and see if the symptoms subside in a day or two. In case the ache and swelling are persistent then do consult your gynecologist for a swab culture and a few blood tests.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
