Brief Answer:
Take over the counter pain killer combinations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Swelling and severe pain over the joints of fingers could be either related to some viral infection or may be arthritic pain but should be further evaluated by complete clinical assessment.

I will advise you complete clinical examination and further investigation like CBC, ESR, CRP,RA factor TEST, ACCP.

Meanwhile, you can take over the counter pain killers combinations like tablet Enzoflam (Serratiopeptidase 10mg, Diclofenac Potassium 50 mg,Paracetamol 500) with antacid like Aciloc 150 (ranitidine) or pantoprazole 40mg twice daily for symptomatic relief from pain and swelling of finger joints.

Also continue to take Tayo 60K (cholecalciferol 60000 IU) tablets or sachets once weekly with capsule Evion (vitamin E).

We may expect to see improvement within 2 to 3 days and if not then please consult nearby doctor preferably orthopedic surgeon who will know about all the tests and may start appropriate treatment.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
