Question : Both ring fingers are extremely sore, swollen, difficult to move, and tender, not exterior pain but more interior of fingers hurt,
feel bruised on inside,but only on both ring fingers

Well looking into your query I will like to tell you that there is a possibility that it may be the beginning of arthritis , this needs to be seen whether its rheumatoid arthritis or dactylitis . You will need to see a rheumatologist at earliest . Also you should take some antiinflammatory drug like naproxen 500 mg twice daily which will make swelling subside but after consulting your treating doctor. If its possible please send a pic of the swollen fingers . Any other query please ask .
