First,this can be rare but possible side effect of aciclovir and similar drugs. also it can be distant manifestation of herpes infection. But in most cases such symptoms are caused by temporary compression of nerves and veins in carpal tunel or or other areas in arms and wrists. This can be caused by fluid accumulation in these areas which again could be caused by this medicine. at this point no specific treatment is necesary. keep arm elevated, rest and put elastic bandage on it.if symptoms progress,tou should stop vaciclovir and visit doctor
