Brief Answer:
Fungal infection of the nail, oral antifungal medicines need to be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be onychomycosis which is a fungal infection of the nail.
It is treated by oral antifungal medicines.
I usually recommend my patients to take capsule itraconazole 200 mg twice daily for a week in a month for 4-5 months consecutively.
This usually clears the infection.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
