Brief Answer:
Soft tissue inflammation can be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having soft tissue inflammation in the area mentioned.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Complete Blood Count(CBC) can be helpful.

You can take an anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with serratiopeptidase and an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg.
Antibiotic skin cream can be applied locally.
Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the investigation.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.
