Question : While showering last night i noticed at the top of my rib cage under left breast is enlarged (swollen?)there is some slight discoloration under the breast also. It is not painful but noticeable. It has not been there before. I have Fibromyalgia and have had cervical fusion surgery about 8 yrs ago. Suffer from horrid migraines (on right side) and yesterday was on day 2 of one. Also had painful stiff, inflamed neck and top of shoulder on the same side as migraine, usually attribute this to nerve damage etc from cervical injury/surgery.

                                    Brief Answer:
Could be non inflammatory swelling
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms,
From the description given by you, it appears to be non-inflammatory swelling more likely related to Fibromyalgia.
Fibromyalgia may occasionally cause such localized swelling. In the absence of active signs of inflammation and absence of pain there is no cause for concern.
It would also be very helpful if you could provide clinical photograph for further assessment.
Take Care
