I have studied your case. High blood pressure or poor kidney function are generally cause of swollen ankle and feet. I have following questions for you to understand your problem.
1.Do you have high blood pressure ?
2.Do you have any kidney problem like stone?
3.Do you have swelling all the time or when you get up in morning ?

,1. No high blood pressure.
2.do not know of any kidney problems. Had diverticulitis/abcess about 1.5 years ago. Then a four abdominal surgeries to deal with colon resection complications during the past year.

,3. Swelling pretty much all the time. Tried reflexology massage a few times thinking that might move the fluid out of extremities. Helps a little bit, but not for long.
