Brief Answer:
The pictures does not resemble edema

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through the query and the reports with pictures attached.

First of all the picture is not clear to say about edema. Even if there is considerable swelling it is localised edema which does not associate with cirrhosis of liver. YOu should be worry free from the scary picture on the internet.

Second the Ultrasound report mentions just about fatty liver changes and not cirrhotic changes. Cirrhosis is only made with liver biopsy. These fatty liver changes could be alcoholic or non alcoholic fatty liver deposits. It takes a very long time al most a 10 yrs to take to cirrhotic changes to occur. If you continue to consume alcohol then you should quit it, if you are obese and lead a sedentary life style you should try to cut weight and have regular exercise to reverse the Stage 3 fatty liver changes.

So your behavioural changes can reverse the fatty liver disease.

I hope I answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Cirrhosis is far a discussion here

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Lets not discuss about cirrhosis as it is too far from reality in your case. You should be positive and take home the message of being a teetotaller and cut down weight.
The possible reason for the swelling in that region could be trivial trauma with foot wear or during routine walks.

Brief Answer:
could be

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Medication could be a very vague reason. However I cannot rule out chances. Medication use cause generalized swelling and not at particular point.

Your blood pressure is too high. You should get regular check up and get it under 140/90 with the help of medications and exercise and diet. Meet a dietitian for a good diet plan. Buy a BP apparatus, record every week and show the recordings to your doctor to help adjust the doses. It is not expected in a 29 yr old. So please take care of that part as well along with fatty infiltration in the liver.

All the best.
