What Causes Swelling In Labia Minora?

Question: My left labia minora is swelling up all the way down in my hole it is very itchy as well what could this be? Please help

As you describe ,the swelling in your labia minora can be a Bartolinits .
But to determine the cause of swelling the best method of examination is seeing that area during per vaginam examination.
Hence bring me a report with the swelling area.

To relieve itchy and pressure in that zone use Sits baths with warm water 3- 4 times per day and over the counter creams with hydrocortizone for itchy.

As I said you above the main cause of swelling labia minora is Bartholinitis gland.
