Question : I have been the hospital for three days i was with server gerd i came home on sunday i woke up this morining and my feet and legs are very swollen

Hello,

This is indicative of pedal edema.There are many causes for this ranging from water overload to cardiac failure.Ideal is to get clinical evaluation and investigations done to determine underlying cause.Generally diuretics are advised in such cases.Regards.

You can see doctor on thursday. Few you can do are - dont drink water more than usual, limit salt intake , avoid unusual physical activity, take adequate rest, keep limbs elevated, keep limbs above head level while sleeping, check your blood pressure(keep record of recent readings).
