Brief Answer:
Some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be more helpful if you mention your job profile . Does your work demand standing for long durations?
Some investigations may be needed like:-
1. Hemoglobin levels.
2. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).
3. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
4. Serum electrolytes.
5. Thyroid profile.
6. Lipid profile.
7. Ultrasound of the legs.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor. Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation and the reports of the above mentioned investigations.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.
