Question: I have had an episode similar to the one below several days ago.I am 27 Years old Male I was sitting in a basement (mancave) I began to feel off, I than had almost instant swelling of my nasal cavity I ha d a very hard time breathing out of my nose, the I began to get dizzy and short of breath. Now I do not remember much after that for the next several minutes I awoke to my friend pooring water on me yelling at me to wake up. his description was I was unresponsive staring off into space my eyes became blood red and cloudy. When I came through I was tingling and numb I could not speak clearly and I also could not stand on my own for several minutes

My eyes were open the whole time I also forgot to mention my Heart was beating rapidly I was out of it not know what was going on for several minutes NO tongue biting while I was laid back unresponsive I also had Labored Breathing NO Foaming at mouth on the back half of the episode I have the feeling of needing to go to the bathroom I was driving 5-10 minutes earlier symtoms onset seconds to few minutes before the loss of time/where I was No history of rash itching ect after the episode I have a headache and it goes away several hours after for the most part but when I cough a pain radiates from what feels the center of my head also I have had high blood pressure normally 140/90 but after the episode it was down to 110/60

Brief Answer: Doesn't look like seizure, syncope. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. If you did not get unconscious during the whole episode, it is unlikely to be seizure, syncope. Usually these type of spells occur due to anxiety. Still to be sure, you can get a MRI Brain and EEG. At this time, i don't recommend any treatment. If you have any further query, please ask me.
