Brief Answer: hydrocele Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query. I would like to know whether your scrotum was large from beginning or recently there has been a change in size. Usually sudden change in size happens in conditions like hydrocele where fluid gets collected in scrotum . I would like to see a photograph of your scrotum area.
