Question : hello doctor, i am 33 years old. from last few years i hav this issue, my anal opening gets swollen n some kind of skin tissue comes out whenever i go to toilet. it doesnt hurt normally but sometimes i feel pain n those skin tissues get swollen n get bigger in size. in winter i face this issue more frequently.

Based on your description I suspect you to have Hemorrhoids(Piles).

Do consult a proctologist or a general surgeon. Most of times the treatment for this condition is surgery involving removal of those skin tags.

Meanwhile you can take Cremaffin syrup as laxative to ease the passage of stool. This will prevent the further worsening of the condition.
