Question: hi i have been having headaches for over 3 weeks, the dr put me on antibiotics for sinus infection and it has helped my headaches some.Now my face is swelling up periodically lips and cheeks. worried its cancer?

Hi and welcome.

Well, this is definitely not sign of cancer and you don't need to be worried.

Sinusitis may cause such swelling and even after antibiotic course it may persist or it may be reaction of the antibiotics. All these are benign conditions and it should pull back soon. If not, then you should get a CT scan of para-nasal sinuses and head to see if there are tooth problems or abscess.
