Question : Good morning , my daughter is 2 year old. She falldown from bed yesterday night. She's forehead swelling for the size of 10 ruppee coin. We give hotwater press. Now at morning little bit fine. Is this creating any problems?. What we do for this?

If your daughter did not become unconscious or if she did not have any vomiting etc, then she is most likely fine and you do not need to worry too much, however, it is best to get her examined by a neurosurgeon or at the very least a paediatrician to rule out any fracture of the skull bones and any internal bleeding.

Please watch for any of the signs I mentioned above like vomiting, excessive sleeping/drowsiness, crying too much, not eating well. If you notice any of them then you will need to take her to a nearby hospital and consult a neurosurgeon.

thanks sir. she is playing well. she cried only after falldown. no symptoms as you mentioned. only swelling with little bit redness.
