What Causes Swelling In The Joints, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

Question: I travelled to the Caribbean a month ago I had some mosquito bites. I have not felt well from my stomach. Some symptoms wrist joint slight swelling, stomachache and diarrhea x 1. My MD performed some tests for pancreatic, Hpyloric, cid Diff and parasites and all negative. Could these symptoms be caused by a mosquito? Other symptoms are heartburn shooting through my esophagus and throat, chest pain from the heartburn, which the pain sensation spreads through my arms, ears, and left side of my ear around the upper auditory temporal area.

NO. These are not possibly caused by a mosquito bite!

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. These are not possibly explained by a mosquito bite. Though mosquito do transmit diseases, there is no disease that a mosquito could have transmitted such that in a very short interval it causes diffuse symptoms all around the body. I will rather suggest that your doctor manages this condition as non ulcer dyspepsia addressing all the symptoms. Improve on your diet and exercise often and hopefully these symptoms would soon regress. Should this fail to regress significantly after being managed as non ulcer dyspepsia, please keep me informed.
