Question: hi doctor, my mom was diagnosed as having 2nd type goiter. she has a small swelling on the left side of her throat. we tested for thyroid and the results were normal around 2 years ago. the swelling or the lump seems to be there in a small size. i will also attach an image of her for reference. i will also show u the results of diagnosis for hyperthyroid around 2 years ago. please help me take the right step towards curing these.

As TSH is normal and she has no symptoms except lump she needs no active treatment but a baseline thyroid scan will be a good step.
