Brief Answer:
Needs further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

She seems to be having arthritis of the feet with toe deformities.

This could be due to Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout or Osteoarthritis.

She needs further investigations to find the cause to five exact treatment.

She must use Microcellular rubber slippers, maintain good hygiene of the toes and skin of feet. Apply oil to moisturise skin. Keep the feet soaked in warm water with added salt for 20 minutes, twice a day while performing foot, ankle and active toe movements inside the water. This helps to reduce the swelling.

Take Tablet Ultracet twice a day for 2 weeks. She must take Tablet Shelcal CT twice a day for 2 months, which is a calcium and Vitamin D supplement.

Do get blood tests CBC, ESR, CRP, Anti-CCP, ANA. Get Xray of the affected feet. Kindly upload these reports as soon as possible.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
