Brief Answer:

Throat glands

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It looks you are seeing swollen tonsils obstructing the passage of food when you look into the mirror.

Or is it that you are feeling swollen lumps in the neck? If so these are lymph nodes protecting against harmful germs.

If you do not have fever, cough, body pains and generalized weakness you can just wait it out.

Meantime, Disprin gargles thrice a day would help. If you run temperature you can take Tylenol or Acetaminophen up to 500mg each dose.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
