You probably mean laparoscopic. In every case if this is short after surgery,within 4 weeks,then this is not worrying and this is common side effects of operation. You should apply cold compresses fee times daily for 10 minutes and avoiding I intercourse. However,if this persist for longer period then you should see gynecologist. Wish you good health. Regards
