Hi, the analgesic medicine that cause face swelling are mainly steroid and chlorzoxazone, used as muscle relaxant. You can shift to alternative medicine like thiocolchicoside 4 mg twice daily. Or analgesic like aceclofenac 200mg sustained release tablets twice daily or tramadol 100 mg 8th hourly. If the swelling still doesn reduce get your renal function test done.
