Thanks for uploading the photos,, I have seen them
Your feet not only looks swollen but it is also red and inflammed, it is most likely to be cellulitis secondary to steroids.
Here is what you should do
1. Taper and stop steroids after consulting your physician
2. Cellulitis needs to be treated with antibiotics like amox with clavulunate thrice a day and clindamycin
3. Avoid strenuous physical activity until you are better
